In reply to Geraldine McNulty. Hi Geraldine. 450 mmHG refers to the maximum air pressure of the device, so it will operate at this pressure when on the highest setting. This pressure will reduce accordingly when a lower setting is selected.

The Fit KIng leg massager lists one power level at 450mmHG. As it has three power level settings
(L-M-H), are there different power levels for each setting?

In reply to Linda Morrar. Hi Linda. I would say your best bet is either the Fit King Leg Massager or the V3 Sequential Air Compression Leg Massager. The Fit King allows calves of up to 28.5 inches, however it only covers lower legs. The V3 is a full leg massager and is available in an XL size.
